CRH APAC Central Inc., located in Oklahoma, seeks a Lube Technician/ Ground Person to support preventive maintenance and daily plant operations. You will apply lubricants, inspect equipment, and help keep production running smoothly while emphasizing safety and reliability.

You will operate a skid steer, assist with repairs, and contribute to a clean, organized work environment. Night shift offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Able to manage time and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Apply lubricants to conveyor bearings, crushing equipment bearings, and other plant components.
• Perform visual inspections for leaks, wear, or maintenance needs.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommend servicing or repairs.
• Operate a skid steer and other equipment safely.
• Wash down and maintain plant areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and general labor as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Apply lubricants to conveyor bearings, crushing equipment bearings, and other plant components to help prevent premature wear and support reliable equipment performance.
• Perform thorough visual inspections of equipment and plant areas, including checking for leaks, wear, or other maintenance concerns.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommend additional servicing or repairs when needed.
• Operate a skid steer and other assigned equipment safely and responsibly.
• Wash down and maintain plant areas to support housekeeping, safety, and production standards.
• Assist with plant maintenance tasks, repairs, and general labor as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized, and team‑oriented work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Problem‑solving skills and willingness to identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues.
• Clear communication skills and a team‑first attitude.
• Previous experience in plant operations, maintenance, lubrication, heavy equipment, aggregates, construction, or industrial work is helpful but not required.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.
• Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
• Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.
• Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely.
