Job summary

Niemann Foods is seeking a Grocery Stocker to provide excellent guest service and maintain stock levels on the selling floor and in the backroom.

You will rotate stock, assist customers, and follow safety policies while supporting store programs and merchandising initiatives. This entry-level role emphasizes reliability, energy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided, and this position encourages accuracy, organization, and proactive problem solving every shift.

SUMMARY

The Niemanns Grocery Stocker duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, and controlling shrink while working in a safe manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers superior guest service and ensures absolute customer satisfaction
• Learns and uses the three E’s: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
• Quality assurance checks of department
• Proper handling and rotation of product
• Promotes and supports established programs
• Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness on the selling floor and backroom
• Promotes sales
• Works within company programs, policies and procedures
• Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
• Other duties as assigned
