Job summary

Niemann Foods Management is hiring a Baker to support daily bakery operations and deliver high quality baked goods for customers in Illinois. The Baker will follow baking plans prepared by the bakery manager and execute prep, proofing, and baking tasks for a range of bread and pastry items.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, safety adherence, and efficient use of bakery equipment. Training and a team-oriented environment are provided, with opportunities to contribute to product quality

SUMMARY

The Baker, under the direction of the Bakery Manager, will provide high quality fresh baked goods. The Baker is responsible for the execution of the baking plans laid out by the bakery manager. Specific skills in the areas of prepping, proofing and baking a wide variety of bread, sweet goods and specialty items are required.
