Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit travel nurse for a Moreno Valley, California assignment. This 8-week travel position offers 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, with potential tax-free stipends.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS, NRP, and the ability to work with delicate neonatal patients and their families in a high-acuity NICU setting.

Qualifications

• BLS and NRP required; 2+ years of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to neonates, monitor vitals and act as needed.
• Assist with feeding and nutrition plans for premature or ill infants.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, initiate IVs; provide arterial/IV therapy.
• Monitor and adjust equipment such as incubators and ventilators.
• Support parents and families in NICU care routines.
