Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced NICU RN to provide compassionate patient care in a hospital setting. You will educate families on care plans and discharge instructions while documenting assessments and progress.

You will facilitate safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and respond to changes using established clinical protocols, collaborating with the care team as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in NICU nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Facilitating safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and updates.
• Assessing patient status and responding to changes following established clinical protocols.
