Job summary

Sutter Health’s ABSMC-Ashby Campus seeks a part-time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, education, and transitions of care in a fast-paced acute setting. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to implement individualized plans and uphold high standards of patient safety.

Education includes a nursing degree with RN licensure; BSN preferred. BLS and NRP are required, with a 32-hour weekly schedule and weekend rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure required with state RN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate, deliver and evaluate nursing care in acute care.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate transitions of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain policies, standards and regulatory compliance.
