Job summary

Piedmont Eastside NICU in Snellville, GA is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team.

The role focuses on adult and neonatal critical care, using a wide range of ventilators and bedside procedures, with opportunities for cross-training and professional development.

You will collaborate with a 50-member team, participate in deliveries and NICU care, and support PFTs and bronchoscopy while delivering patient- and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Experience in neonatal respiratory care or completed orientation with competency validation.
• Registered by NBRC and licensed by the State Board; current BCLS, ACLS, and NRP; active in adult and neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and respiratory procedures in adult and neonatal areas.
• Provides respiratory care for newborns in Labor and Delivery.
• Performs blood gas analysis and interpretation; manages equipment.
• Educates patients and families on respiratory care and safety.
