Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Salem Hospital nursing team. The RN will manage all aspects of the nursing process and deliver patient- and family-centered care on site at 81 Highland Avenue.

The role supports the system’s mission across North Shore Medical Center affiliates and offers opportunities for growth within the Mass General Brigham network. Qualified candidates have MA RN licensure, BLS, and ideally NICU/ PICU experience; ACLS and a BSN are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with Massachusetts license and BLS, ACLS preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• 2+ years in NICU/ Pediatric ICU or Special Care Nursery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the nursing process and deliver patient- and family-centered care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and resources to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.

Education

Registered Nurse license (Massachusetts)

BSN or higher preferred

BLS required

ACLS preferred

Nicu/Pediatric ICU/Special Care Nursery experience
