Job summary

Mass General Brigham - Salem Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage all aspects of the nursing process and deliver patient- and family-centered care on site at 81 Highland Avenue. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and evaluating care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and cost-effective outcomes.

The RN will work across specialties such as ED, OR, PACU, ICU, and Med/Surg, requiring current BLS and likely ACLS/PALS depending on Unit.

Qualifications

• RN with nursing license and eligibility to practice in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 3 years of operating room nursing or critical care experience may be required for certain specialties.
• Certifications such as CPR, ACLS, PALS, and BLS may be required upon hire for specific units.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate care for all patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and health care team for care delivery.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
