Job summary

UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital is seeking dedicated NICU nurses to join our award-winning team. We offer challenging and rewarding opportunities in our NICU, with a sign-on bonus of $8,000 for RNs with 1 year inpatient experience.

Position involves full-time shifts (day/night rotation or straight night) with alternating weekends/holidays and potential PRN options for experienced level III or VI NICU RNs.

Qualifications

• RN needs active license and inpatient RN experience.
• Nurses must provide safe, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care to NICU patients and families.
• Deliver care using the nursing process to optimize health outcomes.
• Demonstrate technical skills for safe, effective practice.
