Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the care continuum. The role emphasizes coordination with the care team, education, and timely documentation in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan an individualized care plan with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care to the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient response and revise care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, ethical and regulatory standards in practice.
