Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU in a 20-bed unit. You will care for ICU patients, including Level 2 Trauma, as part of an interdisciplinary team to improve patient experience.

The role offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually, opportunities for certifications, participation in nursing committees, and access to a Clinical Ladder program; nights, 36 hours/week, weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown, ICU, or ED nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via compact required.

Responsibilities

• Care for ICU patients on a 20-bed unit.
• Engage in patient experience and care plans.
• Pursue certifications or advanced nursing degrees via tuition reimbursement up to $6,000/year.
