Enloe Health, a Level II Trauma Center in Northern California, seeks a Registered Nurse for NICU/Nursery. You will provide patient care per the medical plan, coordinate with the care team, and advocate for patients and families with compassion.

Nights, 12-hour shifts, and up to $3,000 sign-on are available. Minimum one year acute nursing experience or related perinatal training is required; CA RN license, CPR, NRP within 1 month of hire, STABLE within 12 months, and PALS within 6 months are

• Must demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgement, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis.
• Must meet the essential functions of the job.
• Active California RN license and current CPR

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care in accordance with the medical plan of care.
• Prioritize patient needs and coordinate care with the patient care team.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality care in NICU/Nursery.
