Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing as minimum education requirements.
• TX RN license required at hire or within a defined timeframe.
• CPR (Basic Life Support) within 14 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months.
• Stable Program within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess admissions and ongoing conditions; provide nursing care.
• Design, implement and document the plan of care and discharge planning.
• Communicate changes to physicians and coordinate with the team.
• Maintain patient safety and report hazards promptly.
• Provide bedside shift reports and ensure continuity of care.
