Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Level IV NICU in Rochester, MN. The role supports newborns with complex medical needs and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

The RN will participate in the Neonatal Transport Team, handle family education, and work within a closed staffing model. BLS required; telework not offered. TN sponsorship may be considered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• RN license required and nursing program graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education across shifts.
• Provide direct patient care in the Level IV NICU and participate in care transitions.
• Lead and mentor through the Nursing Professional Practice Model and participate in quality improvement.
