Job summary

• Assess patients by collecting and documenting data through interviews, history taking and physical assessment findings.
• Obtain accurate assessment data and interpret normal vs abnormal results.
• Determine nursing diagnoses and monitor data as needed based on stability.
• Safely perform and document care plans according to standards of care.
• Evaluate intervention outcomes and monitor for adverse responses and side effects.
• Document patient/family understanding and educate on care.
