Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in the NICU at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ. The role offers a full-time day shift, with a pay rate of $45 per hour.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based nursing care, documenting assessments, and providing family-centered education. NICU experience is preferred; BSN in progress or within three years of hire is required.

Qualifications

• BSN in progress or willing to obtain within three years of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience required, NICU experience preferred.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• NRP certification preferred.
• Pediatric IV therapy and bereavement certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care according to evidence-based practice and standards of care.
• Communicate patient status and care plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning and documentation technologies.
• Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
• Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health and wellness.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions of care.

New Jersey RN License
