Job summary

QuarterLine, a PSI company, is seeking a dedicated NICU RN to provide specialized neonatal care at Madigan Army Medical Center, JBLM, Tacoma, WA. The role requires critical care expertise for critically ill newborns, collaboration with physicians, and family education in a high-acuity setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, NICU experience, NRP and BLS certifications, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year NICU experience within the last two years.
• Current, full, active and unrestricted RN license (US).
• NRP and BLS certifications are required.
• Willingness to work in a high-acuity NICU setting at a military medical center.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific critical care to neonatal patients across shifts.
• Develop and implement individualized neonatal care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor IVs, blood products, and device-related therapies.
• Operate ventilators, CPAP/SiPAP, and related equipment; respond to emergencies.
