Connecticut Children’s in Connecticut is seeking a Team Lead Respiratory Therapist for the NICU to provide clinical and operational leadership in respiratory therapy services. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care required.
• 3–5 years of experience in an acute care setting.
• Neonatal/PICU experience required; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily NICU respiratory therapy operations during the assigned shift.
• Mentors and supports staff development and competency validation.
• Provides expert neonatal respiratory care including HFOV, HFJV, CPAP/NIPPV, oxygen therapy and nitric oxide.
• Collaborates with Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers on individualized care plans.
• Participates in quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.
