Qualifications

• AS degree in Respiratory Care required.
• 3–5 years of clinical Respiratory Care experience.
• Experience in education development and implementation, quality improvement, and program development.
• Current CA licensure as an RCP and NBRC certification; ACLS and PALS for Educators; NRP for Neonatal Educators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff and student clinical training needs; develop educational materials; conduct training sessions; and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain records of performance, competence and attendance.
