Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship seeks a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care across respiratory therapies as ordered by physicians. You will consult on therapy effectiveness and serve as a resource for physicians and nursing staff in respiratory care.
Entry from a CoARC approved program with current RCP licensure and NBRC RRT credential is required; PALS may be required for ER staff; ACLS preferred.
Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care, according to physician's orders. Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy. Acts as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care. Performs duties as assigned.
