Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with NICU and pediatric expertise to join the team. The therapist will demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care, execute assignments, and ensure care complies with hospital policies.

There may be opportunities to work with Respiratory Students in the clinical setting. Qualifications include NBRC credentials (CRT or RRT), state licensure, and active BCLS and PALS credentials with timely Instructor requirements.

Qualifications

• Neonate resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Certificate
• NBRC-CRT
• RRT/RCP-State
• BCLS Instructor required
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care with NICU and Pediatric patient care
• Execute assignments per hospital and respiratory policies
• Collaborate with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting
