Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• American Occupational Therapy Certification Board registration as an OT.
• Current Michigan occupational therapy registration.
• 1–2 years NICU/pediatric inpatient rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical and functional status related to diagnosis and plan therapy.
• Provide treatments using exercises, ADLs, and modalities per standards.
• Document progress daily and communicate with physicians and team.
• Educate patients and families to manage disabilities and prevent complications.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational values and standards.
