Responsibilities

• Provide care based on age-related needs of pediatric patients in NICU.
• Stabilize and manage newborns; administer medications and monitor vitals.
• Perform newborn assessments and ensure safety protocols.
• Complete documentation and charting; participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
• Night shift coverage with patient ratio 3:1 and potential weekend float.
