Job summary

Tenet Desert is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Clinic NICU – Neonatal Intensive Care unit in Palm Springs, CA. This part‑time night shift position reports through the Neonatal Unit leadership and focuses on managing the NICU team and patient care standards.

The role requires a CA RN license with 3+ years NICU experience, BLS and NRP certifications, and demonstrated leadership. A $25,000 sign‑on bonus is offered along with unit‑level staff development and collaboration with hospital

Qualifications

• Current CA Registered Nurse License.
• Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years NICU clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day NICU shift operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and unit resources.
• Investigate and resolve patient, visitor, and staff concerns.
• Ensure orientation and ongoing education for staff and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and physicians to maintain high standards of care.
