Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of NICU experience with Level III/IV NICU.
• Recent acute care NICU leadership experience within the last year.
• BSN and Texas RN license; BLS certification.
• 2+ years of management or charge nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for the NICU.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily unit operations.
• Monitor patient safety and quality metrics; drive improvement initiatives.
• Serve as clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
