TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is seeking a dedicated NICU Nurse Manager to lead the neonatal unit, oversee staffing, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You will implement evidence-based practices to enhance safety and outcomes while guiding a team of nursing professionals.
The role requires an RN license in Tennessee, ADN or RN Diploma, and 3 years of clinical experience with leadership preference. BLS/ACLS/PALS are required; NRP is highly preferred.

The Neonatal ICU Nurse Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
