Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas and eligible for NICU licensure.
• Graduate of accredited nursing school.
• Preferred Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision on shift and lead unit staff.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Coordinate unit staffing with Director/Clinical Manager.
• Serve as clinical and leadership resource and role model.
• Complete established competencies within introductory period.
• Other related duties as assigned.
