Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced RN for NICU Neonatal Care on nights. This onsite role offers a generous night-shift incentive and a comprehensive rewards package.

As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide direct patient care using the nursing process, uphold safety and quality, and support precepting of new staff. BLS/CPR required; RN licensure must be current.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current RN license.
• BLS and CPR certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Ability to work nights and participate in a night-shift incentive program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonates in NICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Support and precept new staff and students in clinical orientation.
