Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved RN program.
• State licensure as an RN.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross and valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in NICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff or students in a fast-paced clinical environment.
