Qualifications

• Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers required; TNCC certification encouraged.
• NIH Stroke Scale and ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality care using the nursing process with teamwork.
• Ensure patient safety and implement care plans according to policy.
• Support pain management and coordinate with care teams.
• Discharge planning and patient education for medications and follow-up.
• Participate in quality improvement and unit readiness activities.
• Document accurately and communicate handoffs clearly.
