Job Summary

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking a Pediatric Advanced Practitioner in our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to join our team.

Highlights:

  • You will join a team of 8 Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners.
  • The APP serves multiple roles.
  • On weekends (7:30A to 4:30P) the APP will be the frontline provider for 8 patients. They will be expected to examine their patients, write a progress note, present a plan on rounds and follow up with ths care plan in the afternoon
  • On night shifts (4:40P to 7:30A) the APP will be on call with the attending neonatologist and pediatric resident.
  • Procedures expected to perform: Intubation, arterial blood draws, venous blood draws, UVC/UAC placement , IV placement,PICCplacement
