The ideal candidate will have at least one year of food preparation/handling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively with staff, and maintain safety and quality in feed preparation for pediatric

Qualifikationen

• One year of experience in the preparation and handling of foods in hotel, restaurant, institutional or retail cafeteria setting preferred.
• Ability to follow and relay oral and written instructions, demonstrate knowledge of weights and measures, and perform recipe/inventory calculations.
• Demonstrates customer service focus and good communication with patients/staff.

Aufgaben

• Prepares and delivers breast milk and specialized pediatric/infant formulas as ordered.
• Uses electronic health record to modify formula or milk recipes.
• Follows aseptic techniques per department guidelines.
• Communicates with staff to verify orders and delivery requirements.
• Conducts regular inventories and distributes prepared products to patient care areas.
• Ensures proper handling of kitchen tools, equipment, and supplies in accordance with policies.
