Compass Group USA in Bakersfield, CA, is seeking a NICU Dietitian to join the Kern Medical Hospital team. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with CRD eligibility is required; hospital nutrition experience is preferred. The role offers relocation assistance, education reimbursement, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must be Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or eligible for the CDR exam.
• Experience in acute care hospital nutrition is preferred.
• Healthcare setting collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: assess patients and create individualized care plans.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education to patients, families, and staff.
• Apply evidence-based practice aligned with policies and protocols.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
• Collaborate with food service and clinical teams to meet patient needs.
• Mentor dietetic interns and support staff when applicable.

Salary:$80000-$95000 or based on experience + Relocation assistance offered.

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes

What We’re Looking For:
