Qualifications

• PharmD with PGY2 in Pediatrics or Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to neonates in the NICU.
• Maintain effective information flow through staff communication systems.

• Plan and manage resources for continuity of care across settings.
• Participate in clinical research to evaluate drug outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes through expert medication management and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to neonates in the NICU.
• Develop and maintain communication systems to ensure effective information flow among staff.
• Act as a mentor and educator for pharmacy students, staff, and residents.

Qualifications and Experience:

• PharmD degree with completion of a PGY2 residency in Pediatrics or Critical Care with NICU experience.

• Familiarity with pharmacy and hospital computer systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $131,000.00 - $156,000.00 USD.
