Qualifications

• PharmD with PGY2 in Pediatrics or Critical Care with NICU experience.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in Texas.
• Proven NICU clinical pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with pharmacy and hospital computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to neonates in the NICU.
• Develop and maintain communication systems for effective information flow among staff.
• Mentor and educate pharmacy students, staff, and residents.
• Identify opportunities for cost containment and improvements in clinical pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to neonates in the NICU.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $131,000.00 - $156,000.00 USD.
