Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to provide direct neonatal patient care in a high-acuity NICU setting. You will lead pharmacotherapy reviews, dose optimization, and safety monitoring for critically ill neonates.

The ideal candidate will have a PGY2 in Pediatrics (required/preferred) and NICU experience, with strong collaboration across physicians, nurses, and the pharmacy team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of a PGY2 Residency in Pediatrics – required/preferred pathway.
• PGY2 Residency in Critical Care may be considered if they have NICU experience.
• NICU clinical pharmacy experience – required.
• Experience providing direct clinical pharmacy services to critically ill neonates.

Job description

The ideal candidate will have advanced pediatric or critical care pharmacy training, strong NICU experience, and the ability to provide direct clinical pharmacy services to critically ill neonates in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to critically ill neonatal patients.
• Participate in multidisciplinary NICU rounds and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Review medication therapy for appropriateness, dosing, safety, interactions, and therapeutic effectiveness.
