Job summary

El Camino Health seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse for our NICU to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care during night shifts. You will apply nursing processes, plan and implement care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, California RN license, BLS and NRP certifications, and recent NICU experience. Salary range $93.87–$122.62/hour.

Qualifications

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

Apply nursing process and theories to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate, and modify patient care.
Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure optimal, individualized patient care and outcomes.
Deliver care in accordance with ANA Code of Ethics and hospital policies.
