Job summary
GE HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist NICU to provide education and training for the Maternal Infant Care portfolio to clinical end-users. You will enable evidence-based practice and support customer experiences from pre-sale through post-implementation, collaborating with sales, service, and loyalty teams.
The role emphasizes extensive travel (US/Canada), ongoing education delivery, and developing comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications
- Hold an active registered nursing license with experience in NICU.
- Ability/Willingness to travel extensively 100+% (4-5 days per week including some weekends) within US and Canada.
- Proficient use of software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to learn specialized software.
Responsibilities
- Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within the Maternal Infant care modality.
- Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to customers.
- Deliver on-site or remote clinical education to drive revenue and high NPS.
- Coordinate training with account management, sales, project management and service teams.
