A leading technology company is seeking a Nice CXone Developer to enhance IVR systems and deliver excellent customer service experiences. The role involves developing and integrating systems, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing user experiences. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience with NICE CXone products and strong knowledge of contact center operations. This is a remote position open to applicants in the United States.
As a Nice CXoneDeveloper, you will make an impact by enhancing and optimizing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to deliver seamless customer service experiences. You will be a valued member of the development team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product and business stakeholders.
