Job Opportunity: NICE CxCloud Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: Remote (Must support NY Eastern Time Zone hours)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET
Travel: None
Security Clearance: Active High Security Clearance is required
Experience Level: 12+ Years

About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly experienced NICE CxCloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team supporting the Customer SDAP (Standard Data Access Platform) Program. This is a fully remote position tailored for professionals who bring extensive hands-on experience with the NICE suite of products and thrive in high-impact, security-sensitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for NICE CxCloud within the SDAP Program
  2. Provide architecture guidance, configuration, and deployment expertise for:
  • NICE ENGAGE (Call Recording & Quality Assurance)
  • NICE WFM (Workforce Management)
  • JTAPI Interfaces to external systems
  • NICE Outbound Dialer
  • NICE Quality Management Analytics
  • NICE Feedback Manager
  • NICE Screen Recording
  • Build and test API integrations related to NICE CxCloud
  • Prepare technical reports for internal and client stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and performance gaps
  • Participate in cadenced meetings with TRC and customer teams
  • Conduct occasional off-hours testing (with prior notice) based on system availability
  • This is a remote position.
