Job summary

The Building People LLC is seeking an experienced Tridium Niagara N4 Building Automation Programmer to support the U.S. Army Reserve's Enterprise Building Control System (EBCS) program across a seven-state region.

You will program, configure, commission, and troubleshoot Niagara-based BAS. The ideal candidate has hands-on Niagara N4, JACE experience, and a strong background in HVAC control systems, network communications, and field device integration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years programming Niagara N4 Building Automation Systems.
• Experience with JACE controllers.
• Niagara Workbench.
• BACnet, Modbus, LON.
• HVAC controls troubleshooting.
• DDC programming.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Program, configure, commission, and troubleshoot Niagara N4 BAS.
• Upgrade existing JACE controllers to current EBCS standards.
• Integrate field devices and JACEs into the Army Reserve EBCS.
• Configure graphics, databases, network communications, and control sequences.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC controls issues including sensors and network faults.
• Support Retro-Commissioning (Retro-Cx) projects through QA/QC.
• Perform startup, commissioning, and functional testing.
• Monitor enterprise BAS and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and Army Reserve personnel.
• Provide owner training and technical support.
