Job summary

Always Compassionate Health in New York is seeking a Staffing Coordinator – NHTD/TBI Services to coordinate staffing for participants enrolled in New York State's NHTD and Traumatic Brain Injury programs, ensuring qualified staff are assigned timely and in compliance with NY DOH regulations and agency standards.

This role collaborates with Account Managers, Service Coordinators, HR, Clinical Operations and Recruitment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
2–3 years staffing, scheduling, healthcare operations experience.
Experience with the NHTD and/or TBI Waiver Programs or HCBS is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate staffing for all NHTD and TBI participant referrals and active cases.
Match qualified staff to participants based on skills, location, availability, language preferences, and participant needs.
Assist with onboarding by ensuring credentials, training, and compliance documentation are completed.
Prepare staffing reports, vacancy reports, and workforce metrics for leadership.
