The NGL Accounting/Control Analyst position at INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA in League City, TX supports the accounting function for NGL and trading activities. You ensure timely book-keeping and accuracy for purchases, sales, and related cash flows.

Responsibilities include reconciling inventories, validating pricing, processing SAP transactions, weekly cash forecasting, and supporting month-end close. Collaboration with trading and finance teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Understanding of basic financial concepts and accounting techniques.
• Experience or training in payables process is beneficial.
• Familiarity with mid-office trading systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile volumes to 3rd party pipeline/inspection reports.
• Validate prices through blotter records and OPIS pricing data.
• Validate trading deals in Right Angle based on blotter records.
• Create Purchase Orders and enter Goods Receipts in SAP.
• Create Sales Orders, Deliveries and Invoices in SAP.
• Reconcile inventories via month-end reconciliations.
• Reconcile AP/AR balances between SAP and Right Angle.
• Process and track invoices and payments for feeds.
• Cash forecasting on a weekly basis for cash team.
• 3rd party confirmations for purchases and sales.
• Load prices into Right Angle; support deal capture and risk analysis.
