Job summary

Comtech Allerium seeks an Implementation and Support Manager to lead NG911 deployments and post‑deployment support. You will coordinate pre‑deployment planning, ATPs, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, NOC, and customer teams.

The role requires deep public‑safety telecom expertise, strong problem‑solving, and the ability to deliver clear executive updates while driving continuous improvement in processes and service stability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Emergency Services Telecom experience.
• Expertise in NG911 systems, PSAP operations, and public safety comms.
• Experience in NOC, Tier 2/Tier 3 support, or network operations.
• Strong networking knowledge (SS7, TCP/IP, SIP, multicast, Ethernet).
• Excellent leadership, planning and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of NG911 deployments, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met.
• Drive testing, integration, and migration readiness activities across PSAPs and OSPs.
• Provide SME on NG911 call flow, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate with project leads, subcontractors, and stakeholders to manage integrations.
• Coordinate NG911 and ESInet implementation activities and service activation.
• Oversee pre-implementation tasks: requirements, planning, and runbooks.
• Execute Acceptance Testing Plan (ATP) activities and resolve issues.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support in NG911 and coordinate with Engineering/NOC.
