This position will oversee a team of **Rail Loaders and Clerks** and is responsible for supporting safe, reliable, and compliant day-to-day operations.The Operations Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership to the team by setting clear expectations, coaching and developing employees, managing performance, and ensuring work is completed safely and effectively. This role will also help drive operational discipline, support production goals, manage resources, maintain strong working relationships with customers, and assist with the financial budget for the assigned area.**RESPONSIBILITIES:**- Creates and maintains a culture of safe, reliant, and compliant operations.- Enables Operational Excellence by driving Operational Discipline.
