Saint Leo University in Florida seeks student work study to support the Student Call Center. You will handle outbound calls and respond to web inquiries from prospective students, qualifying for campus tours and assisting admissions representatives.

The role emphasizes courteous, timely communication and accurate data entry into the student information system. Responsibilities include maintaining daily records with 100% follow up, supporting new student and returning student registration

Qualifications

• Must maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Must have balance below $12,000.
• Must not have a student conduct record.
• Must be involved in one student club, organization, or athletic team.
