NF - Regional Product Support Manager (Northern California)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you a technical whiz who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced working environment? As a Regional Product Support Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall customer experience for our products. In this role, you will combine your technical skills, love of helping people, and appetite for travel. You'll provide technical support, resolve issues, and you can expect to travel up to 80% of the time, engaging with customers at their sites.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assists customers with acceptance of new product.
  • Provide regular updates internally and externally on progress of issues solutions
  • Maintains a presence at your customer site
  • Leads a team of field technicians
  • Provide information and assistance to all NF departments to fulfill contractual requirements
  • Acts as a resource for customers regarding NF:
    • Policies and procedures for warranty claim submissions
    • Solution Development
    • Liaise with other departments
  • Resolves customer complaints quickly
  • Remote work with travel required

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • 5 Years minimum field service role preferred (customer facing)
  • 2-year Technical College at minimum or equivalent experience required
  • High aptitude for mechanical/electrical systems.

  • Must be able to work unsupervised.
