Gateway Church in Texas seeks a NextGen Worship Lead (Support) for a part-time, permanent role at an assigned campus. You will lead worship in Kids, Youth, and Young Adult environments, train volunteers, plan events, and steward the campus worship team in partnership with the Campus Worship Pastor.

The ideal candidate has strong musical ability on voice and at least one instrument, a heart for students, and experience recruiting and training volunteers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of worship leading experience.
• Experience leading kids or student worship preferred.
• Multisite church experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Builds and stewards the NextGen worship Serve Team at the campus: recruiting, training, scheduling, retention, and appreciation.
• Executes the set lists, Ableton/Playback sessions, and service plans provided by Next Gen Worship.
• Develops young worship leaders and musicians and mentors students on the team.
• Runs rehearsals and pre-service preparation for NextGen environments at the campus.
• Partners with the Campus Worship Pastor and campus NextGen leadership on platform, scheduling, and shared needs.
