• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in organizing and analyzing data, with familiarity using AI tools.

Participants are expected to work in person at their assigned Johnson Controls facility five days per week.Rotational assignments are a core part of this program and are not limited to your hiring location. One or more of your rotations may be based at another Johnson Controls facility within the United States and require an extended stay away from your home location, typically lasting several weeks to several months.
